Anthesis Group appoints regional Chief Financial Officer in North America

Anthesis Group shows commitment to rapidly growing North American market with the appointment of Dean Reuben-Robinson as regional Chief Financial Officer

Anthesis, the sustainability activator and the largest dedicated team of sustainability professionals globally, has appointed Dean Reuben-Robinson as its North American Chief Financial Officer, a new role that reflects the growth potential in this region.

With more than 21 years of strategy, finance, and analytics expertise, Dean brings a unique perspective to Anthesis from his tenures in leadership and CFO positions across the US, Canada, Western Europe and Southeast Asia.  Dean has supported leading organizations in the automotive, insurance and wealth management industries with robust financial management, strategy development and implementation, and integration of processes across geographic regions and functions. Dean holds an MBA from London Business School, and is based in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to joining Anthesis, Dean held the role of VP of Information Technology and Analytics at Mevotech, a market leader in the design and manufacture of automotive parts. As part of its leadership team, Dean led a team of 13 experts to design, operate and maintain the platform systems and associated internal and external data. Key initiatives included developing internal systems that leveraged big data to evolve demand forecasting and support new business offerings, as well as leading the response to the introduction of U.S. import tariffs, resulting in changes to pricing and operational processes. During his two years in this role, Dean’s involvement was integral to the business achieving double revenue growth through optimizing processes and driving efficiencies with new technology.

Reporting into Anthesis’ CEO of North America, Chantelle Ludski, Dean will become an Anthesis North America leadership team member. Dean will lead a cross-geographical group that includes the North America Financial Controller, the Financial, Analytics & Reporting Manager, the Project Accounting Team, and Finance Administrators.
