Anthesis Group, the sustainability activator and the largest dedicated team of sustainability professionals globally, has appointed Betsy Hickman as Director of Growth and Strategic Initiatives for North America.

Recognizing the critical role that education plays in catalyzing impact, she will also serve on Anthesis’ Global Education Council and oversee the development of education solutions and capabilities in North America. Betsy’s leadership in these areas will accelerate the power of Anthesis’ Activator approach to better equip companies in delivering sustainable performance and unlocking human potential to drive positive change through education, digital and impact led transformation programs.

Collective action is desperately needed from business, governments, non-profits, and citizens around the world to come together and address the dueling threats that climate change and nature loss pose to society and our economy. I am honored to join Anthesis to equip companies in driving transformational change in the way we approach our relationship with nature and the way we redesign systems to usher in a future that is regenerative and distributive by design.
