Location: Flexibly remote from one of the UK hubs (London, Bristol, Manchester, Oxford, Edinburgh)

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks as a Consultant within the educational team will be varied and include:

  • Working with team members to develop our ‘Anthesis Academy’ service offer on ESG and sustainability education
  • Day-to-day project management of educational tools and programmes across a range of sustainability topics
  • Co-ordination of inhouse resources (subject matter experts, community trainers and knowledge managers)
  • Providing support to content developers (material formatting of PPT for live training)
  • Administration support to Anthesis Learning Management System (SAP Litmos)
  • Engaging with, and presenting to a wide a range of stakeholders
  • Central support to Global Education Team activities (e.g. admin of SharePoint repository)
  • You will be expected to participate in client projects and proposals and to deliver tasks on time and within budget

Summary of Role

Anthesis’ Strategy, Brand and ESG team operates predominantly in the private sector, focusing on:

  • The interface between brand, purpose and sustainability
  • Understanding material risks and opportunities relevant to our clients’ activities
  • Defining sustainability targets and ambitions and associated metrics
  • Developing and translating sustainability strategies into creative concepts that can be used across communication channels
  • Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and encouraging them to take bolder actions to have more impact
  • Supporting sustainability communications planning and activation, including sustainability reporting
  • Working closely with other Anthesis teams on the implementation of sustainability strategies
  • Providing bespoke educational services to clients to upskill their employees on a range of sustainability topics including ESG and Carbon Literacy

To sustain the growth in activity in our educational service area from domestic and global clients, we are keen to provide additional support to the educational team to expand to meet our clients’ needs in this exciting area of corporate learning and development (L&D).

The role is flexibly remote, but the dynamic nature of our work may necessitate you to work from home or from other Anthesis and/or clients’ offices from time-to-time. Additionally, given the international nature of the Anthesis business and the needs of our clients, this may lead to participation in overseas work. Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in Project Management/Coordination
  • Organised, methodical and analytical
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Interest in corporate education
  • Previous background and/or passion for sustainability
  • Curious, pragmatic and enthusiastic
  • Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to a dynamic, fast moving and changing work environment
  • Work well with a wide range of people in a global environment
  • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative
