Role: Enterprise Architect

Location: Flexibly remote from one of our UK hubs (Bristol, Edinburgh, Harrogate, London, Manchester or Oxford)

Contract: Full-time

Remuneration Range: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context required.
  • Plan and project manage IT migrations for mergers and acquisitions, liaising with key stakeholders in the Mergers and Acquisitions Team, the IT Team, and within the acquisitions.
  • Plan and project manage integration with current systems (e.g. Netsuite, Hubspot, HiBob, LearnAmp, and PinPoint HRIS).
  • Liaise with the Software Lead to improve the process used to evaluate and deploy new systems and services.
  • Plan and project manage integration with future systems and data loads into existing Azure Synapse data warehouse.
  • Document architecture and maintain key system information for other teams to use for integration.

Summary of Role:

Ongoing growth requires a consistent approach to integrating core IT systems to provide business intelligence, better governance and decision-making. Anthesis requires an experienced Enterprise Architect to advise on and project manage the integration of key systems (e.g. NetSuite (ERP), HubSpot (CRM), HiBob (HRIS), Azure AAD (IT), etc.), and the introduction of new systems in a coherent manner.

The role will also involve project managing the migration of the IT systems of acquisitions into global Anthesis systems.

The role will liaise directly with key stakeholders in Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and client-facing services to ensure the business objectives of integrations are achieved, and to minimise the acquisition of technical debt.

The role will also link strategically into the wider IT Team to ensure alignment between IT and business priorities.


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT Project Management
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Enterprise Architect role
  • 3+ years’ experience with Azure infrastructure
  • English language


  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with HiBob HRIS
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Azure Synapse
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Experience in a DevOps environment using Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines
  • Spanish language
