Summary of role

Anthesis offers a wide range of strategic technical analytics services across Italy and internationally, focusing on innovation and delivery of real business value. We are seeking a highly motivated technical consultant to join our Global Centre of Excellence for Metrics and Analytics. You will have the opportunity to work on market leading projects to guide clients in achieving their Net Zero ambitions, including performing GHG inventories, setting Science-based targets and defining reduction strategies. You will be supported by and have the opportunity to learn from a large team of experts both in Italy and across our global teams, working on projects for clients based in Italy as well as internationally.

This is a delivery role engaging directly with the market to support our clients in successfully achieve their sustainability ambitions. It will involve collaborating with global Anthesis sustainability experts and with other Technical Consultants not only to deliver great projects but also to support in developing new innovative ways of approaching analytics.

You will be expected to participate in client projects and proposals and to deliver tasks on time and within budget, and to assist the project managers to ensure that projects perform against targets and deadlines.

You may also be given project management responsibilities. We are not expecting candidates to have extensive experience in the areas of focus, rather show significant potential with a broad understanding of key relevant topics along with great potential to succeed as sustainability activators for our clients.

Skills

• Native speaking Italian and/or English with professional level proficiency in the other language;

• Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in relevant work or research position addressing GHG assessment and reduction strategies;

• Excellent Excel skills and other analytical software;

• Demonstrable potential in client management

• Self-motivation and curiosity

• Strong communication and showing potential for developing consulting skills
