Summary of role

This is a great opportunity to have a major role in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, global business specialising in sustainability services and supporting Nordic and global clients in their sustainability journeys.

We are looking for a senior EHS compliance professional to manage and coordinate global EHS compliance programs and to further develop the EHS service offering.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in Corporate Services, with a specific focus on EHS compliance and/or health and safety. Experience in the provision of corporate level sustainability services is required. The candidate will take the lead in the provision and development of EHS services, working closely with both the Transaction and Corporate Services team in Finland and the wider global team.  The candidate will also act as project manager, managing various tasks and interacting directly with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators). The role requires strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem solving and sustainable solutions finding.

The role will include close interaction with the global Transaction and Corporate Services team and will require travel in the Nordic region.

Key requirements

  • Native or fluent in Finnish and/or Swedish and English;
  • Relevant University Degree;
  • At least 10 years of experience in EHS compliance services for global industrial clients;
  • Track record in project delivery and client management.
