One of the main challenges that UK local authorities face as part of climate action planning and reaching Net Zero targets is the decarbonisation of housing within the area.
In this webinar, we looked at the practical next steps that local authorities can take in the transition to Net Zero homes. We shared experiences of how council-led Net Zero targets have prompted action within the social housing sector, and what typical next steps have entailed. We were joined by housing stock modeller IRT DREam to share how technology is being used to enable better baselining, costing and prioritisation of actions.
