Adriana Quintero Grijalba

Adriana has 20 years of international experience spanning multiple industries in the private and public sectors, including Global Fortune 500, industry platforms and start-ups. She specializes in Strategic Communications and high-level Stakeholder Engagement with a focus on Sustainability and global initiatives. Adriana is currently joint Managing Director of Anthesis France.

Adriana is a Colombian/British national who has lived and worked in over a dozen countries, including Germany, Spain, US, India, Mexico, Kuwait and Colombia. Her working background ranges from international brand management for Henkel KGaA in Germany and Spain, to Head of Inward Investment for the UK Government in Mexico, to managing the international reputation of the Cerrejón coal mine in Colombia, working with stakeholders across the supply chain as a member of the International Social Standards team. Advisory work includes leading stakeholder engagement for the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate for their first New Climate Economy report pre-COP 21. She has led multicultural teams and is experienced at strategic prioritization and engagement of an extensive global constituent landscape and forming alliances to create impact.

Adriana holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Imperial College, certifications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has pursued a part-time Executive MBA at Exeter University, with a focus on Sustainability. She is bilingual English/Spanish, with working proficiency in French and German.
