Cassandra Martynow

Cassandra (Cassie) Martynow is a Director in Anthesis North America, where she works across teams and service areas to help clients effectively leverage the breadth and depth of Anthesis’ expertise in support of their sustainability goals.
Cassie is a strategist, program manager, and client advocate with ten years of experience designing and executing operational initiatives. With broad academic and professional training in a number of areas, she specializes in leading cross-functional project teams that take a nuanced approach to research-driven, human-centered change.
Cassie joined Anthesis from the University of Chicago, where she led the university’s sustainability program through a successful relaunch as a platform for environmental research, education, campus improvements, and community engagement. Over the course of that role and previous roles at UChicago, she also led a variety of organizational change initiatives, including systems modernizations, benefits assessments, and arts strategy development. Cassie is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in the humanities as well as an MBA with concentrations in economics, behavioral science, and strategic management.
