David Koram

Principal Consultant

David is a Principal Consultant in Anthesis’ Climate Practice based at the London office. David’s professional experience in Sustainability and Carbon Management dates from 2008 when he initially got engaged in decarbonising the logistics and supply chain operations of some of the largest companies in the world. Over the past decade or so, he has worked with clients from a broad range of sectors including FMCG, marketing, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing to address some of their most pressing decarbonisation-related issues. David’s role at Anthesis involves topics at the intersection of business strategy and climate change, particularly on science-based targets, net zero strategies, and climate transition approaches. He is also increasingly involved in building long-term relationships and developing go-to-market collaborations with potential Anthesis partners.

David has a solid international outlook that’s been honed by working with multiple teams over the years in geographical locations spanning Western Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East. He has authored topical blog posts and presented on panels at sustainability conferences. In addition to an undergraduate degree in Agriculture, he has postgraduate degrees in Sustainability and Carbon Management with Distinctions from the Universities of London and Edinburgh, respectively.
