Debbie Hitchen

Debbie leads Sustainable Production and Consumption for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She leads a large international team of deep subject matter experts who work across: raw material value chains, agri-food systems, manufacturing and retail, distribution logistics, circularity and waste, LCA analysis and chemical/hazardous materials supply chains. She has consulting experience in sectors as diverse as pharmaceuticals, packaging, FMCG, consumer durables, retail, waste management, the public sector and charities/NGOs.

Debbie has over 25 years of experience in implementing circular economy, product stewardship and environmental and social best practice in supply chain management. She is recognised for her ability to manage multi-stakeholder, complex, collaborative and sensitive projects. She is a member of the CIWM, a qualified facilitator, and has a BSc in Resource & The Environment.
