Holly Browne has been working in the Fashion Industry for over 13 years and spent 9 of those focusing on Sustainability and Ethical Compliance. She has spent time in-house (with retailers Ted Baker and Thomas Pink), where she was responsible for creating and implementing their sustainability strategies. Previously Head of Sustainable Product and Story at MADE-BY, she specialises in helping brands understand their sustainability impacts and make sense of the complex sustainability and ethical trading landscape. A consummate project manager, Holly has experience managing large, multi-stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Holly spends most of her time at Anthesis helping an array of fashion brands from all areas of the market, from UK fast fashion Etailers to large global brands like GAP Inc. Holly is also the Project Manager for Forum for the Future’s Cotton 2040 ‘Building Uptake’ workstream, working with Forum to engage and upskill fashion brands who have previously not engaged with sustainable fashion in how to source more sustainable cotton.
