Laura Callaghan

Laura is a Chartered Environmentalist (via IEMA) and Certified Climate Risk and Sustainability professional (via GARP) currently working as a Principal Consultant at Anthesis and specialising in ESG, strategy development, and implementation solutions. With over 7 years of experience in the sustainability sector, Laura’s experience has grown from undertaking EHS/ESG due diligence assessments for asset managers and investors, to managing ESG issues for PAN-European portfolios, and now to developing ESG and sustainability strategies for corporates and financial institutions across the globe. She also chairs the Anthesis Sustainable Finance Working Group.

Actively working with a variety of stakeholders, Laura excels at generating positive ESG outcomes for investors, portfolio companies, corporates, and the wider environment/society. She advises across a variety of sectors (examples include finance, infrastructure, renewables, retail and real estate) and has strong knowledge of various frameworks and standards (examples include the SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSRD, and GRESB).
