Lucy leads the Strategic & Impact Communications solution at Anthesis. Lucy combines her 18 years of experience across politics, business and civil society, advising leaders and companies to deliver lasting organisational and reputational change.

Lucy has previously held leadership roles at advisory and communications firms Freuds and Brunswick, as well as acting as an advisor to former UK Prime Minister David Cameron, and as a Director of COP26 at the World Council for Sustainable Business Development. She has advised companies including BlackRock, UBS, Mars, EY, and Syngenta, and her experience across FMCG, financial services, pharma, telecoms, and energy sectors supports Anthesis’ broad and global client base.
