Richa Jha

A strategy and transformation shaper with a 15-year track record of driving change at the most senior levels in Fortune 500 companies, Richa joined Anthesis in September 2021 as Chief Transformation Officer and a member of the Global Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Anthesis, Richa was Principle Director, Strategy & Consulting at Accenture where she specialised in co-creating visions with leadership teams and galvanising senior leaders into action.

Focused on the concept of innovation applied – shaping programmes to scale new ideas and technologies for business results, Richa is noted for delivering high impact, digital technology led strategies and solutions to challenge mindsets and (re)shape programmes.

Richa also serves on the Alumni Council for her alma marter, Kenyon College and the Advisory Board for Singlify – bringing the best of Salesforce technology to social investors and microfinance organisations.

Having lived, studied, and worked across three continents, Richa is currently settled in London.
