Sharleen Rivera Santos

Sharleen works for our Philippines business and is the Manager for the Product and Compliance Team under Information Solutions. She has led projects collecting and validating Full Material Disclosure (FMD) data from suppliers using automated systems.

Sharleen has extensive experience in Manufacturing, Product Environmental Compliance, Sustainability, Project Management and Laboratory Testing and Management. She has managed a materials testing lab, using XRF, FTIR and UV-Vis Analysis and other analytical techniques and is certified in X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing.

She is also experienced in projects for RoHS, REACH, ELV, WEEE, Conflict Minerals, Chemical Registrations, CSR, Audits and Carbon Footprinting. Some of the major projects that she has led include: Microsoft, HPI, Micron, Burkert, iRobot, Varian and Kimberly-Clark.

Sharleen has a degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines.
