Skye Lei

Skye is an Associate Director with strong expertise in project management, drawing on a deep technical background in energy management and knowledge of GHG inventories. She started her career as a consultant at Booz Allen doing software systems support and analysis. She spent the next seven years doing energy management, including DSM (demand side management) work for utility clients. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Skye has conducted ASHRAE energy audits, Zero Net Energy and Solar PV feasibility studies for 80+ institutions. Leveraging her energy experience, Skye manages various GHG Inventories, Science Based Targets and Sustainability Strategy projects at Anthesis.

She completed her MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins, and her MBA in Sustainable Management with an emphasis on Social Impact from the Presidio Graduate School (Cohort 29). In her downtime, Skye loves to travel and engage in dialogue with people from different cultures. Skye is based in Oakland, CA.
