Silver Stevie Award for Women in Business

Chantelle Ludski, CEO for Anthesis North America and Asia Pacific, has won the Silver Award in the Female Executive of the Year, Business Services (11 – 2,500 employees) category at the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business 2022.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s premier business awards for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees, and the organizations they run. The awards are open worldwide and the Female Executive of the Year category highlights an individual’s professional experience and performance, as well as their significant achievements since July 2020, in comparison to industry competitors. The finalists were selected by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide on seven specialised juries.

The award recognises Chantelle’s leadership experience and lifelong commitment to championing the climate emergency, which has been demonstrated throughout her career of over 30 years, from founding ‘fresh! naturally organic’, an ethical food business specialising in organic and Fairtrade products and growing it to become a nationally recognised organic food supplier, to joining Anthesis’ leadership team in 2020.

I am very proud to receive the Silver award for Female Executive of the Year and be recognised amongst other successful and inspirational women across the world., This award comes as the world leaders at COP27 acknowledged that women remain underrepresented in climate governance and decision making structures and discussed how to address this.  Evidence has long revealed the innumerable advantages to female leadership in both business and women’s participation in global issues, therefore it is key that as a society we continue to promote the representation of women in decision-making roles if we are to tackle both economic and global issues effectively.

CEO for North America and Asia Pacific

Chantelle’s accomplishments and sustainability skillset are key assets to her contribution in accelerating an impact-focused growth strategy for Anthesis North America and Asia Pacific and activating sustainability for its clients. During her tenure, she has taken Anthesis North America from a ‘lean start-up’ to implementing an infrastructure to support a business that has experienced significant growth over the last two years and developed Anthesis’ market leadership across existing and new client sectors.

Through Chantelle’s dedicated efforts in investing in Anthesis’ people, Anthesis North America has also been awarded the Greatest Place to Work certification for two consecutive years. The prestigious certification is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Anthesis.

Chantelle’s award builds on Anthesis’ continued momentum throughout the year following the acquisitions of Provision Coalition Inc, and Climate Neutral Group, a Net Zero authority based in the Netherlands, Belgium, and South Africa, and most recently Padd Energy, a UK-based energy specialists. The firm has also collected Consultancy of the Year awards from Edie and BusinessGreen.

The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie placements among the finalists were named during a gala awards banquet on 11th November 2022 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
