Claire is a sustainability specialist with five years’ experience in the strategy & communications space supporting some of our key clients such as Tesco and Amazon.
With a strong focus on embedding sustainability and upskilling relevant stakeholders, Claire has led and supported a wide variety of projects including training & education programmes, materiality assessments, strategy development, and sustainability policy writing & implementation. She has led the development and facilitation of sustainability training & upskilling programmes, such as Carbon Literacy, for a variety of ESG clients.
As a B Leader, Claire is trained to guide businesses through their journey to certification by carrying out gap analysis, proposing ways to optimise BIA scores, providing implementation guidance, and helping teams utilise the BIA as a tool to realise sustainable performance.

Based in the UK’s Strategy, Brand and ESG team, Zoe specialises in designing and delivering engaging corporate education programmes globally. With several years’ experience working within corporate learning and development, Zoe enjoys supporting a range of our clients to activate their workforce by uncovering the most effective bespoke learning solution to support the organisation to embed their sustainability strategies and objectives.
As the UK lead within Anthesis’ Global Education Team, Zoe is focused on developing a range of digital learning solutions to complement both in-person and virtual learning workshops for a range of subject areas including Carbon Literacy and ESG.
Zoe is currently certified as a ‘B Leader’. She specialises in offering both upskilling workshops and one-on-one consultancy services to guide businesses through the B Corp certification process.

Alex is a sustainability specialist with over 10 years’ experience in sustainability strategy development and communications and works on a wide variety of projects focusing on sustainability reporting, communications and behaviour change.
She has directed and delivered projects for clients across a wide range of sectors including finance, electronics, education, transport, beverage, retail and chemicals.
She has worked with Brother UK, Yearsley, MCFC and IPF on their community investment strategies and activities. She has helped many organisations manage their approach to sustainability – delivering an integrated, ISO 14001 accredited Social and Environmental Management System. She also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry having previously worked at AstraZeneca.

Margaux has over 8 years of experience in sustainability consultancy and management. Margaux is Corporate Sustainability Manager, having joined Lavola (part of Anthesis) in 2018. She is based in Barcelona.
Margaux has more than 13 years’ experience in finance before moving into sustainability which has allowed her to have a clearer vision and understanding of companies’ management. She has specialised in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, sustainability/ESG reports and in stakeholder management. Prior to joining Anthesis, Margaux headed up sustainability/ESG projects in Chile for 5 years.

A B leader since 2021, Gerard is based in Barcelona and has more than five years experience working in the world of sustainability and impact measurement. He is passionate about the potential of the economy for the common good, responsible consumption, and social and environmental sustainability.
Gerard’s works in Anthesis Lavola’s Corporate Sustainability solution, and supports clients with ESG strategy projects, social impact measurement, B Corp monitoring, and sustainability reporting.
Gerard is a curious, passionate and empathetic person, who loves to learn. With a Diploma in Business Sciences and a Master’s in CSR, he takes advantage of each day to learn more about sustainability and good business practices.
