And you may have a vision to be a transformative leader on one aspect of sustainability, while meeting basic expectations for responsibility on others.
How we do it
To define the vision and ambition, we typically:
- Engage your senior leadership team and other key internal stakeholders to co-create a vision and define a level of ambition, which can range from incremental change to radical transformation.
- Help them to understand the internal and external drivers, future trends, leading practices of competitors and peers, and the business case for change.
- Present potential options and facilitate a conversation to build alignment on where the organisation would like to go in the medium to long-term.
