A well crafted environmental, social and governance (ESG) policy is no longer sufficient; investors wish to see concrete evidence, and increasingly data, that demonstrates improved performance. In addition, other stakeholders, not least an organisations own staff, wish to see action.

Transparency is central to ESG and communicating performance is a key requirement.
