Ray Leclercq joined Anthesis in June 2025 as Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee and the Board.

Ray brings extensive CFO and Board-level experience across both public and private international businesses, with a proven track record in driving growth in technology-focused, private equity-backed businesses. His experience spans various sectors, including technology, professional services, and engineering.

Ray’s leadership as a CFO at Board International and other global organisations, including BT, Survitec Group, Digicel, and Unit4, has been instrumental in delivering against their financial strategies.
