CSR is at the heart of our ethos and each employee is personally committed to sustainability and actively looks for ways to make a difference. It’s what we call the Spirit of Anthesis; a sharing of values and common purpose in the way we operate, a determination to play a part in the decisive decade. This empowers and motivates our talented teams to deliver value and drive positive impact for our colleagues, clients, communities and the environment.

Our global CSR programme is driven by a dedicated global steering committee, chaired by Paul Crewe (Chief Sustainability Officer & Executive Director) and supported by regional representatives who ensure our annual objectives and employee initiatives are pushed forward and rolled out locally.
