Astrid De Reuver

Astrid started her career as an investment banker, but 20 yrs ago during her MBA at London Business School, she pivoted to impact finance and social entrepreneurship and has since never looked back. She passionately believes in the power of unlocking transformative capital and business as a force for good. Throughout these 20 years, she has been Impact Finance director at GoodBrand; Co-founding partner of the first independent impact investment fund in the Netherlands, & has lead multiple clients through a transformation journey to pivot from from ‘business or investing as usual’ to impact-led sustainable performance. She has designed innovative impact finance mechanisms like industry pivot funds to drive systemic shifts in industries and rapidly scale solutions to the biggest and most urgent global challenges. Her most recent role was at IMAGINE to guide (finance) leaders to move beyond an incremental, compliance-focused mindset into a future-fit sustainable performance space.

Next to her role at Anthesis, she holds three board positions: on the Impact Advisory Board of Rubio Impact Ventures, the board of Reefsystems Foundation and of UWC NL (United World Colleges)
