Aviela Hochberg

Aviela is a Senior Consultant in Anthesis North America’s Forest Positive service. With over four years of experience in the environmental industry, Avie is an expert in forests, regenerative agriculture, and country risks. Her previous role as a Senior Associate at the Rainforest Alliance saw her authoring technical reports and articles on complex topics such as living income, conducting research on tropical regenerative agriculture, and interviewing farmers across Latin America. Her proficiency in analyzing and visualizing partner data helped highlight sourcing impacts, risks, and progress against key goals.

Aviela has published numerous technical reports and articles on various environmental topics, including regenerative agriculture and integrated pest management practices. Aviela holds a Masters in Nature Society and Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
