Karen Hamilton

Karen is an Operations Lead on the Supply Chain team, with a background in improving the sustainability of supply chains and implementing alternative material solutions, from ingredients to textiles. She has established net-new new supply chains with complex regulatory and transportation hurdles, helped implement carbon accounting frameworks for previously unreported materials, and has brokered strategic partnerships between Fortune 500 and new material and technology providers.

Karen began her work in sustainability at Patagonia and has led projects with clients ranging from P&G to The Hershey Company. Her background is in engineering, with an emphasis on materials and polymer science.
