Marc Peeters

Marc has over ten years of experience in developing and managing sustainability, compliance, legal, public policy, and regulatory strategies for large publicly-listed technology companies. He is an experienced, collaborative leader known for driving sustainable success, spearheading significant transformations and growth, and engaging stakeholders effectively. At Anthesis, Marc is a key member of the North American Sustainability Strategy and ESG team, assisting clients in crafting strategies that enhance their sustainability performance.

Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Technology from Tilburg University. In addition to his full-time engagement at Anthesis, Marc sits on the Board of Directors for Brain Cancer Canada. This volunteer organization aims to fund research and technology to help fight primary malignant brain tumours. Marc is also a member of the editorial board of the Dutch Internet Law review.
