Richard Peagam

Richard leads on product sustainability in Europe, ensuring that our diverse service offering internationally aligns with multiple sectors across key geographies (North America, Asia and Europe).  He began his career at Hewlett Packard, working in their sustainability team for five years, before beginning a career as a consultant in 2012, building sustainability performance into the operating models and products of manufacturing companies.

Richard provides clients with expertise, strategy and implementation support for product stewardship (including compliance), responsible supply chains (including conflict minerals and transparency), circular economy and sustainable business strategy. Key clients include some of the largest electronics manufacturers in the world, key players in the minerals and extractives sectors, market leaders in FMCG and retail and national governments and policy makers. Richard manages delivery teams across multiple geographies, particularly Europe, Asia and the US.
