We’re a Certified B Corporation®
We are part of a global community of B Corps who use the power of business to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. Each member meets the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
The B Corp process is intentionally complex and rigorous. It measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance across five categories: governance, workers, customers, community, and the environment. It filters out those who want the accolade without the commitment. We are now legally bound to make decisions that suits everyone’s needs – our stakeholders, our employees, our investment partner, customers, society, and the environment. It is our legal obligation to balance profit and purpose.
This approach aligns with the fundamentals of why Anthesis was established in 2013. Our vision of making a positive and significant impact on sustainability issues, ranging from climate change to human rights, has stayed true throughout our journey.
What is a B Corp?
B Corps are for-profit businesses that have made a commitment to use profits and growth as a means to a greater end: positive impact for their employees, communities, and the environment. Companies certify as a B Corps by earning points on the B Impact Assessment relating to how they do business.

Becoming a B Corp
The B Impact Assessment is the most credible tool a company can use to measure its impact on its workers, community, environment and customers. It is the only certification that measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance. From your supply chain and input materials to your charitable giving and employee benefits, B Corp certification proves a business is meeting the highest standards of verified performance. Once it is gained, it must be verified every three years to shown that you uphold the values of the accreditation, which can otherwise result in the removal of the certificate.
