The Anthesis U.S. business has won two awards at the 7th annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers 2022 with the Gold award presented to Eric Kauffman, Associate Director at Anthesis, for Learning or Training Professional of the Year, and a Silver award for Best Onboarding Program.
The Stevie® Awards recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products and suppliers. More than 950 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 26 nations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories.
The HR Achievement in New Employee Onboarding is given to companies who have made notable achievements related to assimilation and training of new employees since the start of 2020. The Anthesis U.S. business was honoured for fulfilling its objective of creating an engaging, informative, and helpful onboarding program that goes beyond orientation and leverages technology to ensure a seamless process whilst keeping a human-centric design.
Anthesis was also recognized for Learning & Development Professional of the Year with a Gold award being given to Eric Kauffman, Associate Director. The accolade highlighted Eric’s achievements in onboarding and training of new employees since the start of 2020, particularly his successes in the implementation of a new Learning Management System that developed and improved over 85 courses for the business and saw 92% of staff completing at least one course.
The Gold and Silver accolades build on the recent recognition of Anthesis’ U.S. business achieving the Great Place to Work Certification™ for the second consecutive year, with 97% of employees strongly agreeing that Anthesis is a great place to work.
Anthesis has also recently been named Consultancy of the Year at both the Edie Sustainability Leaders Awards 2022 and the annual BusinessGreen Leaders Awards 2022. Additionally, Chantelle Ludski, CEO of North America & Asia Pacific, is shortlisted as Sustainability Leader of the Year at the Sustainability Consulting Awards 2022.
