Rebecca Pashley-Robinson

Joining in 2022, Rebecca is Anthesis’ Global Head of People, where she now leads strategic people initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, drive business performance and create environments where talent thrives. She is an accomplished people leader with deep expertise in talent management, leadership development and employee engagement.

Before Anthesis, Rebecca built a strong foundation through People leadership roles, advising boards and management teams across financial services, management consultancy, investment, and property industries. Her earlier experience includes senior HR positions at Grosvenor and Lazard, and Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.

Passionate about coaching and people development, she is committed to driving impactful change in global organisations.
