Anthesis, the world’s largest group of dedicated sustainability professionals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Salvatico as APAC Climate & Nature Client Development Director.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Mr. Salvatico will play a key role in advancing Anthesis’ regional growth strategy, supporting clients across Asia Pacific to integrate climate and nature into business strategy, respond to evolving disclosure requirements, and accelerate their transition to net zero.
Michael joins Anthesis with over two decades of experience, including leading teams and growing businesses across APAC and the Middle East, helping some of the region’s largest companies and financial institutions embed sustainability into their strategies and reporting. His experience spans carbon projects, climate risk, net zero and transition planning, nature and biodiversity, and broader ESG consulting and digital solutions, all with a strong focus on driving measurable impact and business value.
Michael is passionate about enabling climate and nature solutions that accelerate the shift to a more sustainable economy. With a background in accounting, programming and finance, Michael spent nearly 10 years as a quantitative equity strategist before founding a start-up in the voluntary carbon market.
With this appointment, Anthesis continues to expand its presence across APAC, building on its global network of more than 1,400 sustainability professionals.
