Mark is a recently retired senior federal public servant. In his previous role with the Clean Energy Regulator, he oversaw compliance and carbon markets for the NGER, Safeguard, RET and ACCU schemes. He was involved with the design of the original and revised Safeguard scheme and was previously responsible for the implementation of the Carbon Pricing Mechanism. Mark is keenly focused on opportunities to improve the function of national decarbonisation schemes for Australian business.
