A leading personal care company wanted to define an authentic and purpose-led sustainability strategy and future-facing operating model to power their next phase of growth.
Our Solutions
Anthesis developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy using our unique methodology, the Activator Journey. We began by developing an in-depth research insights report which included a current state assessment, peer benchmarking, stakeholder perspectives, and a company-wide supply chain evaluation.
Leveraging these insights, Anthesis identified four key impact areas, focusing on the company’s packaging, formulation, manufacturing, and logistics. Anthesis developed goals based on these impact areas and outlined the prioritized actions for the coming years, along with corresponding KPIs to monitor progress.
Given the company’s B Corp certification, the strategy also highlighted how advancing these initiatives would improve the company’s B Impact Assessment (BIA) score.
With these foundations in place, Anthesis developed a strategic framework to guide decision-making and sustainability efforts. In addition, Anthesis created implementation roadmaps across the four priority impact areas to ensure clear and actionable steps for execution.
