Jayne Paramor

Jayne Paramor is the EMEA Service Line Lead for Packaging with Anthesis Group.  She is based in the UK and brings a rich background of project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and material circularity drawn from global experience within the FMCG industry and more recently, across a range of sustainability subject areas.  Experience at the executive levels of Government has also provided Jayne with a comprehensive understanding of the machinations of policy development and the key drivers that underpin political decision-making.

Known for her ability to engage diverse stakeholder cohorts, build long-term relationships and find common ground to deliver positive sustainability outcomes, Jayne has become a respected voice in the international circular economy dialogue, sharing her extensive knowledge through her work in advocacy, policy and on-the-ground implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Jayne has delivered a number of sector-based initiatives, driving into the nuanced challenges faced by specific industry segments and developing strategic solutions. 

With an eye on the international landscape, Jayne brings a global perspective to the challenges of packaging sustainability in a global supply chain and the likely impacts of emergent international law for businesses across the plastics value chain.
