Rachel leads the operations of our Anthesis Philippines office comprised of 200+ team members across Project Delivery Business Lines and Shared Services functions which support Anthesis entities across the globe. An Architect by profession, Rachel has over 20 years’ experience designing, project managing, and integrating sustainability solutions in the built environment. She has helped scale global operations having managed multi-national teams as Director of Operational Excellence and Global Corporate       Operations Lead.
