Information was collected manually through memorandums and Excel sheets, resulting in inconsistent formats, fragmented data, and a time-intensive process that hindered group-wide analysis and strategic decision-making.
With a centralised, group-wide perspective, Ecopetrol can now analyse and compare data seamlessly across all subsidiaries, driving consistency and informed decision-making.
