Sarah supports clients with sustainability-related certifications and management systems and has over 10 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability engineering roles in industry. She has a wealth of knowledge in the implementation, management, and auditing of a range of standards, including ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 50001 (energy), IFC Performance Standard 1 (Environmental and Social) and sector-specific standards such as IATF (automotive quality) and MCERTS flow monitoring (trade effluent). She has a degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacture, a Diploma in Sustainable Business Practice, is a Practitioner member of ISEP, and is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers.

She is skilled at developing and delivering training to all levels of an organisation and is adept at generating concise technical documentation such as policies and procedures. Having previously worked for manufacturers of medical devices and semiconductors, she is knowledgeable in environmental and social compliance in a range of different areas, from chemical management to energy procurement. Since joining Anthesis, Sarah has supported clients in food and beverage, energy infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, investment banking and more.
