Simeran is a Director with over 10 years of experience in the sustainability sector, supporting public and private sector organisations on CSRD readiness, climate action planning, and stakeholder engagement. She is an experienced project manager with a strong track record of helping organisations embed ESG principles into their core operations. In her current role, she helps companies accelerate their sustainability ambitions by guiding them through data‑driven strategies, best‑practice approaches, and impactful climate solutions.
Prior to Anthesis, Simeran was at CDP (previously the Carbon Disclosure Project) where she supported cities in disclosing to CDP and the Global Covenant of Mayors. An expert in climate reporting, Simeran has supported the development of various tools and resources, including with Ashden, UK100, the Science Based Targets Network and Connected Places Catapult.
Simeran was previously a member of the Bristol Committee on Climate Change and Manchester’s Zero Carbon Advisory Board.
She has a Master’s in Global Affairs from the Munk School at the University of Toronto.
