Our approach and services

Electricity KWH consumption charts

Create powerful management dashboards that visualise your energy baseline and performance at an operational, product or business unit level using our partner tool, Footprinter.

The way cities and organisations produce, consume and manage their energy is rapidly changing, driven by concern over energy price volatility, climate change and technological advancement.

We support clients who want to reduce their carbon emissions associated with energy consumption by developing insights and strategies informed by proven frameworks to help structure and communicate their actions.

How we do it

  • Assessing different governance and management frameworks to identify those most aligned with your strategic objectives.
  • Viability assessments for low carbon solutions such as the design and implementation of photovoltaic installations.
  • Providing analysis and maturity assessments to understand the gaps and barriers between where you are and where you need to get to in order to incorporate the management framework. For example, if an organisation is adopting Science Based Targets, consideration of the state of maturity to implement renewable energy schemes such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) to fully assess the cost of implementation
  • Supporting internal capacity development to build the required systems, structures and staffing resources. This can include carrying out gap analysis of data and assessing data quality using Footprinter, scoping user needs to ensure data is converted into useful and meaningful information and identifying which energy reporting and monitoring platform is best suited to meet your needs.

Anthesis doesn’t just inform strategy, we deliver it too. Our consultants, engineers and project managers provide a suite of services that can be provided either as a full package from concept to design and build, or as discrete components. We combine big data, with technology and finance, to deliver solutions that are people-centred.

Working with Anthesis gave us the opportunity to focus on more than just the obvious, large scale energy opportunities and bring in a high level of technical expertise that we simply didn’t have in house. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Anthesis and look forward to continuing to work with them on bringing our buildings up to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.
