Tamara Box

In September 2026, Tamara Box joined Anthesis as Chair of the Board.

Tamara comes from a legal background and has an executive management career that spans four decades, with extensive experience leading complex professional services businesses through periods of significant growth and transformation.

She previously led the EME operations of global law firm Reed Smith LLP and served as Chair of Interpath Advisory. She also brings a strong understanding of purpose-driven organisations through her Board roles with the Chartered Management Institute and The Eve Appeal. As a consequence, she shares Anthesis’ deep commitment to combining purpose with performance.

Tamara will work closely with the Board and the leadership team with the goal to help Anthesis build on its strong foundations, sharpen its strategic focus, and accelerate its growth – bringing together exceptional expertise, commercial discipline, and an unwavering focus on delivering measurable value for clients.
