As an Associate Director at Anthesis, Emily partners with capital, corporate, and non-profit clients to navigate the impact finance landscape, design and refine impactādriven investment strategies, and build measurable impact and business cases that unlock continued investment in sustainability. She also acts as client lead for key F&B accounts, bringing together Anthesisā crossāfunctional expertise to deliver commercially relevant, highāimpact programmes that support this rapidly transforming sector.
Emily is passionate about driving positive impact on a global scale, and has over a decade of experience working across impact, strategy and capital initiatives. This has included guiding leading funds and corporates across Europe & the US to shape theories of change, impact measurement frameworks, and innovative finance structures, applying leading standards such as the IMPās Five Dimensions of Impact and IRIS+ metrics to drive rigour and comparability across portfolios. She has also led a range of strategy, innovation and data analysis projects, primarily within food & agriculture.Ā
Previously, she held commercial and leadership roles at EF Education First and supported earlyāstage climateātech ventures. She holds a BA in International Relations (Global Health & the Environment) and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
