Karine Kicak is a Director leading Anthesis’ global LCA and Impact Measurement solution, shaping services through technical leadership, solution design, and rigorous quality oversight. A chemical engineer trained at Polytechnique Montréal with a focus on environment, she brings nearly two decades of scientific and methodological expertise to complex sustainability challenges.
Karine also serves as Anthesis’ global LCA technical lead, guiding best‑practice methodology, steering the LCA technical community, and ensuring high‑quality delivery as a senior project sponsor. She plays a key role in designing innovative LCA programs for clients ranging from early‑stage innovators to Fortune 500 companies. Her work spans comparative and ISO‑compliant LCAs, critical reviews, and chairing expert review panels across sectors including apparel and footwear, agri‑food, packaging, retail, technology, and circular business models, among others.
Before joining Anthesis, Karine built her career in both consulting and industry, holding LCA and sustainability roles at CIRAIG and Quantis, and serving in‑house as a sustainability lead at the ALDO Group.
