Katrin leads Anthesis’ climate activities in Germany and works with organisations across a wide range of industries to accelerate their decarbonisation journeys. She supports clients in developing robust greenhouse‑gas inventories and setting science‑based and Net Zero targets – drawing on her accreditation as an SBTi Certified Expert (first cohort) – and embeds climate roadmaps throughout complex supply chains. With a background in sustainable management, she brings together deep industrial process understanding and strong strategic carbon‑accounting expertise.

In addition, Katrin advises on life‑cycle assessment (LCA), circularity, and regulatory readiness, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Her work also encompasses climate risk assessment and the translation of evolving climate frameworks into actionable, cross‑functional strategies. Leveraging her cross‑sectional, cross‑industry experience, she helps organisations turn technical requirements into practical solutions that build long‑term resilience and measurable impact.
