Situation
Anthesis was appointed by Prisa, a Spanish media conglomerate, to conduct an eligibility assessment to determine Prisa’s alignment to the EU Taxonomy.
Solution
In 2022, Anthesis delivered an eligibility and alignment report which identified eligible activities from the Taxonomy Climate Delegated Act. In 2023 Anthesis provided further regulatory advisory by conducting a second assessment of Prisa’s alignment to the activities derived from the four new delegated acts, namely:
- Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources;
- Transition to a circular economy;
- Pollution prevention and control;
- Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems.

- Eligibility assessment against the six environmental objectives of the EU Taxonomy;
- Alignment assessment of the eligible activities;
- Minimum safeguards assessment of the EU Taxonomy;
- Financial KPIs reporting associated to the taxonomy-eligible and aligned economic activities.
