Anthesis Group Strengthens Leadership Team for Next Phase of Growth

Anthesis Group has announced the appointment of Brandon Perlberg as Chief Clients and Markets Officer and Andrew Probert as Chief Delivery Officer. Both leaders bring deep professional services and sustainability credentials to the Anthesis leadership team, positioning the group for the next phase of growth and ambition to become the leading specialist partner for sustainable business performance.  

As Chief Clients and Markets Officer, Brandon Perlberg will focus on accelerating growth and deepening client value by bringing together sector insight, client understanding and subject matter expertise across Anthesis’ global business.  

Brandon joins the company from EY, where he served as Global Director of Strategy and Markets for the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, and played a key role in shaping its market proposition and global growth strategy. 

As Chief Delivery Officer, Andrew Probert will expand collaboration across Anthesis’ global business lines and operations, helping the company deliver greater impact, consistency and value for clients.  

Andrew joins from ERM, where he was a Business Unit Managing Partner, and has also held senior leadership positions at PwC, EY and Kroll. His experience spans sustainability, finance, transactions, investment and business transformation. 

Together, these appointments reinforce Anthesis’ ability to support clients as they respond to changing market expectations, regulatory developments and emerging opportunities in sustainable business performance.
