Alison Gilbert

Alison Gilbert leads the Water Stewardship offering within Anthesis’s Nature Solutions advisory services. She has over 12 years’ experience advancing social and environmental impact spanning the nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate sectors. She led the Water Stewardship pillar at Gap Inc., where she served as Chief of Party for the USAID Gap Inc. Women + Water Alliance and co-launched the company’s 2030 Water Strategy—developing targets and roadmaps for water reduction in manufacturing, water replenishment in nature, and water access for communities touched by the value chain. Alison holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
