Cristina Knapp

Cristina is Managing Director for the Anthesis Brazil business and operations. Cristina has more than 25 years of experience in developing and managing assessments for mergers, acquisitions, disposals, permitting, and environmental. Over this period, she has advised a large number of Brazilian, US and European clients including manufacturing facilities, financial institutions, and real estate companies.

Before her tenure at Anthesis, Cristina served as an M&A leader at various global consulting firms, including ERM, ENVIRON, CH2M Hill, and Dames & Moore. Her responsibilities encompassed business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Cristina, a biologist, holds a BSc in Biology and a Postgraduate degree in Environmental Law and Sustainability Management. Her extensive work across Latin America includes Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, and Guatemala, with foreign assignments in Chile and the UK. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and possesses a solid understanding of German.
