Anthesis Ireland Connect is an ongoing event series that brings together sustainability leaders from across Ireland to openly discuss the challenges, opportunities, and realities of driving sustainability in today’s complex business landscape.
Created as a pre-competitive, inclusive space, each session convenes a small group of professionals for candid conversation, peer learning, and meaningful networking. The series focuses on the issues that matter most to practitioners — from embedding sustainability in business models to navigating cultural change, influencing senior stakeholders, and responding to shifting regulatory and market expectations.

Event insights
Following each Ireland Connect session, we will publish a summary of the most meaningful themes, lessons, and examples raised during the discussion.
How the series works
Every few months, Anthesis hosts an in-person roundtable featuring:
- A curated group of 10–15 sustainability professionals
- One or two thematic focus areas chosen by the group
- Facilitated peer-to-peer discussion
- Insight sharing from Anthesis experts and research
- Opportunities for ongoing connection beyond the event
Each session builds on the discussions of previous events, allowing the group to track emerging trends, revisit shared challenges, and explore evolving solutions over time.
The goal is simple: to strengthen relationships, accelerate shared learning, and support sustainability leaders in building influence and impact within their organisations.
