Sustainability cannot be delivered by the ‘sustainability’ team alone. It needs operational co‑conspirators, financial collaborators, joint chiefs of innovation, impact storytellers, legal imaginators.
How sustainability leaders work with the rest of the business matters – and these partnerships are what turn ambition into performance.
At London Climate Action Week, we bring this into the room for the first time.
This session explores two new global research programmes from Anthesis: The Shape of Sustainability and Show Me the Green. Together, they hold a mirror up to the sustainability function – not just how sustainability leaders see their role, but how the rest of the business sees it too. Where are relationships flourishing, and where are they faltering? Because where collaboration fails, performance fails.
We will also explore how sustainability shows up in marketing and communications, and how it drives, or undermines, commercial performance.
In this in-person session, we will show:
- The capabilities that drive sustainable performance
- What is slowing teams down across functions
- Where collaboration with marketing and other functions creates commercial value
- The partnerships that sustainability teams need to deliver business and impact outcomes
Leave with a clear view of where to focus, who to align with, and what needs to change to deliver performance.
